Who We Are

The Global Methodist Church is committed to the Lordship of Jesus Christ, the inspiration and authority of the Scriptures, and the work of the Holy Spirit in conveying God’s truth and grace to all people. The Heartland Annual Conference area consists primarily of Churches across Colorado, Kansas, Oklahoma, and Missouri. In addition, we have 6 churches in southern Nebraska and one in Edmonton, Canada.

Our Story - The Goddard Church

Established in 2022, The Goddard Church follows in the footsteps of John Wesley's 18th-century Methodism movement, focusing on the pursuit of holiness and a deeper relationship with God. Founded in 1875, in Goddard, KS, as a part of the Methodist Episcopal Church, The Goddard Church joined the Global Methodist movement in 2022 after disaffiliating from the United Methodist Church. The Global Methodist Denomination, was formed in May of 2022 to restore the message of Biblical Holiness to the the church of Jesus Christ, across the globe.

What sets this church apart is its unwavering dedication to creating a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere for all who enter its doors. One of the defining features of The Goddard Church is its diverse and vibrant worship experience. With a blend of contemporary and traditional music, attendees are uplifted in spirit and encouraged to connect with the divine, through a mix of relaxed worship and liturgy. The strong expository preaching resonates with congregants, challenging them to grow in their faith and live out the teachings of Christ in their daily lives.
